Reminder: Spartan Performance Workout Tonight

Spartan Performance will be on-sight tonight for a summer training session.  All high school student-athletes are welcome (even if you haven’t attended a session yet).  Please take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to receive training from Michigan State University!  Girls report at 6:00 PM, Boys at 6:45 PM. Michigan State University to Train the Aggies

Dansville High School has partnered with Michigan State University’s Spartan Performance to implement a year round sports performance program that will test, train, and energize our student-athletes as well as train our coaches to help prevent injury.  Our student-athletes will also receive invaluable instruction on nutrition and mental skills training. The program began Sunday, June 7th
